Michael A. Cantalupa

Michael is Senior Vice President – Development for Boston Properties where he is responsible for identifying development opportunities and executing the development program for Boston Properties’ Boston Regional Office territory.  He is currently responsible for the development of Russia Wharf, a mixed-use project currently seeking LEED Gold designation from the USGBC. Prior to joining Boston Properties, he worked in project supervision capacities in the construction industry with Component Assembly Systems, Inc. , Manganaro Corporation and Perini Corporation on a number of major commercial building projects in the Greater Boston and New York areas.

Michael is a member of the Massachusetts Chapter of the National Association of Industrial Office Properties, a former Trustee of Malden Catholic High School, a Board Member of The Boston Harbor Association and The Friends of the Fort Point Channel, and a Vice Chairman and member of the Executive Board of A Better City.  He earned a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Tufts University and a M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
