Ms. Doyle is the Director for Cushman & Wakefield’s New England Region Asset Services Group. She has responsibility for asset, property, and facility management of 40 commercial and corporate facility properties totaling over 10 million square feet. A 25-year veteran of the Boston real estate industry, Ms. Doyle’s experience includes policy and procedure development and implementation, business and marketing plan development, contract negotiation, project management, feasibility studies and asset valuation.
Beginning her career with R.M. Bradley as Executive Assistant to the President of the Bradley Real Estate Trust in 1984, she quickly advanced through the management division to become a senior property manager with responsibilities for two first class office parks. In 1994, Ms. Doyle was recruited by MS Management Services to establish and direct their Boston Regional Office. As Regional Manager, she had responsibilities for the MetLife REI Boston portfolio, including 15 suburban buildings and a first class tower, totaling over 2,000,000 square feet of commercial office space. During her tenure as manager, the properties won several prestigious awards, including two BOMA Regional Building of the Year awards.
Ms. Doyle holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from the College of the Holy Cross. In 2002, she received the prestigious BOMI RPA designation. An active member of BOMA, she has served on the Board of Directors and currently participates on the Emerging Professionals subcommittee. Mary and her husband, Bob, reside in Weymouth with their two sons.
