Ms. McNally has been a longtime advocate for the development of the Fort Point Channel neighborhood as Boston's next great place to live, work and play, and her role is to progress the area's civic engagement and community through the planning, publicity, and execution of events and programs hosted by the Friends of the Fort Point Channel. She also works in creation and circulation of marketing materials that are distributed to visitors, residents, and members of the community, in efforts to increase awareness of the organization and its mission. Ms. McNally has an extensive background in event planning for the non-profit, corporate, and private sectors. She has also had work experience in media buying, operations, and marketing, but has defined her career in marketing communications and event planning for the non-profit sector. She has put her passions to work for the Friends and finds great reward in the growth of the neighborhood as a thriving area of business, culture, and activity. Ms. McNally has a Bachelors degree in Communication with a concentration in Public Relations from the University of Southern Maine.
