Open Studios 2005: Floating Art Installation October 14, 2005-January 31, 2006 @ Fort Point Channel between Summer Street and Congress Street Bridges Stop by the Summer Street Bridge to view the floating art installation by local artist Colleen Paz. The installation, a grouping of giant jellyfish, will light up the Channel both day and night, emanating the soft purple and blue hues characteristic of these translucent creatures.

8th Annual ICA/Vita Brevis Project @ The Northern Avenue Bridge British artist Julian Opie explores time-honored subjects such as landscape, the figure, and portraiture with contemporary media, including digitally enhanced drawing, photography, and animation to reflect 21st century reality. Suzanne walking and Julian walking are full-length animated portraits presented on LED screens. They will be on the Northern Avenue Bridge through October 2006. Info: 617-927-6611
