Following are a list of the Friends standing committees, their charters, and membership. Excepting the Executive Committee, membership is open to anyone interested in offering their time, ideas, and involvement.
Executive Committee
Strategizes and monitors the work of the Friends and investigates revenue-generating opportunities. Membership consists of the Executive Officers of the Friends Board of Directors.

Communications Committee
Develops short and long-term marketing strategies, develops media and public relations programs, and ensures high-quality, consistent communications regarding the work of the Friends of Fort Point to the larger community.

Fort Point Business Committee

Program Committee
Develops the Events Calendar and programs to be sponsored by the Friends, engages community members – in particular the Fort Point Channel Artist Community - to develop and implement high-quality, appealing programs.

Friends Committee
