Ms. Pillion joined Friends of Fort Point Channel as Executive Director in February 2009. Prior to joining the Friends, Ms. Pillion was the Membership Director at the Environmental Business Council of New England. As the Membership Director she was responsible for retaining and recruiting members in the environmental industry. Throughout that time she completed her Master’s degree in Leadership and Nonprofit Management from Northeastern University. Before transitioning to the Environmental Business Council, Ms. Pillion was the Finance and Programs Coordinator at The Commonwealth Institute. She was responsible for the finances of the Massachusetts and Florida office as well as implementing events for women executives and business owners. Ms. Pillion received her Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Management from Northeastern University.

Ms. Pillion serves on the South Boston Association of NonProfits Board of Directors.
